Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be in their original, unopened packaging
• Be free of damage, installation marks, or water exposure
• Meet the minimum return quantity of 250 sq ft
• Be accompanied by the original order confirmation

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned materials. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Minimum Order for Returns

Returns must meet a minimum of 250 sq ft. Partial returns below this threshold cannot be accepted due to the logistics of handling heavy flooring materials. We recommend ordering samples before committing to a large purchase to ensure you're happy with your selection.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the weight of flooring products, we recommend using an LTL freight carrier. We can help coordinate shipping — just contact us.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Samples

Sample orders are non-refundable. We strongly encourage ordering samples before placing a large order to ensure the color, texture, and quality meet your expectations.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number
4. Ship the product back using the RA number
5. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
